Our cancellation policy is in addition to your statutory rights. You may end the contract with us on the following terms:
- If you communicate your cancellation to us no less than seven (7) days before the agreed start time of the services the contract will end immediately and you will receive a full refund of the price;
- If you communicate your cancellation to us within the period between seven (7) days and 48 hours before the agreed start time of the services the contract will end immediately and you will be refunded 50% of the price; or
- If you communicate your cancellation to us less than 48 hours before the agreed start time of the services the contract will end immediately and no refund will be given.
Cancellation policy for December
- If you communicate your cancellation to us no less than twenty-one (21) days before the agreed start time of the services the contract will end immediately and you will receive a full refund of the price;
- If you communicate your cancellation to us within the period between twenty-one (21) days and fourteen (14) days before the agreed start time of the services the contract will end immediately and you will be refunded 50% of the price; or
- If you communicate your cancellation to us less than fourteen (14) days before the agreed start time of the services the contract will end immediately and no refund will be given.
