Michael is a classically trained chef starting his career working in a 5 star hotel with a 2 Michelin star restaurant. Hes worked in top restaurants such as Le Chabichou, Le Palme d'Or, Chef Pierre gagnaire and Hotel Oustau Baumaniere. Along with this, he has worked alongside Jason Atherton for 2 years, and a variety of the top French and British chefs. Since then Michael has moved forward with working in top Michelin star restaurants all over France. Highly knowledge able on mediterranean cooking, Japanese fusion along with any dietary restrictions He has a passion ensuring clients are impressed and satisfied by the dishes served, always making sure to listen to any requests and needs. He enjoys teaching others the range of skills he has gathered over the years in the forms of cooking classes. Can cook anything from casual dining to 5 star but not matter what, the food stays at a high quality. Happy to to travel to Essex, Kent, Sussex, London and Berkshire.
Description
To start off the experience, you will be given a variety of canapes to choose from and enjoy to lead you into the starter. With the starter, you are given 5 dishes to choose from, giving you the experience of a French brasserie wherever you are! You are also provided with 5 different choices for your main course, giving you the option to discover different flavours from around France. You will be served a light pre dessert to cleanse your palette before diving into the main dessert, where you are also given a variety of classic French desserts to choose from, making it difficult to only choose one! If desired, to finish the meal off, you can have an assortment of Petits fours with a coffee or tea, giving you the full French experience. Sample of dishes served: Amuse-bouche Truffled Goat’s cheese with tomato jam in a crisp Parmesan cup Starter Goats cheese curd souffle, beetroot jams and parsley butter sauce Grilled scallops, braised chicory and orange sauce , squash ravioli Grilled tuna sashimi with spring asparagus salad , beetroot carpaccio and green olive pesto Main Course Lamb Platter, herbs rack, braised shoulder, roasted loin and croquette, turnip gateaux confit tomato, grilled courgette , rosemary jus and spiced figs Fondant of Halibut with scallops chartreuse, seaweed butter sauce, autumn vegetable Mille-feuille Baby vegetable niçoise, roasted cherry tomato butter sauce, courgette flower tempura Dessert Rhubarb parfait, cinnamon tuille biscuit and with chocolate craquelin , Rhubarb reduction Dark chocolate and green tea mirror, caramelised pistachio praline and cardamon and orange sauce Frozen tree lemon Mousse with Mango Gel, passion chocolate Sorbet Available locations: Cotswolds, Essex, London, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey, Sussex

An exceptional depiction, with a keen eye for detail and impeccable cleanliness. The food was simply amazing, and we had such generous portions that we happily savored the leftovers the next day.
