Having trained at both Leith's and Ballymaloe, and worked for a large amount of highly successful clients, she is confident in the plethora of skills she can deliver. She is a fun and outgoing person to have around and is prepared, if wanted, to get fully involved with the team. This was the main reason Mimi got into private catering, as she thoroughly enjoys the personal relationships she creates with her clients. Chef Mimi focuses on the flavour over the frills, so if you are looking for good tasting food, she is your lady.

Chef Mimi creates a bespoke three course menu to ensure you get exactly what you want out of your evening. She will take all the stress out of hosting, from laying the table, ensuring you have the right amount of staff, (should you need it) and delivering food of a very high standard with great flavour. Chef Mimi leaves your kitchen as she found it, so that you don't have to endure any clean up after enjoying your evening. Mimi has years of experience creating the perfect evening for her clients, and will go above and beyond to do the same for you. Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. I could not recommend her more!
