Troy began his culinary journey at a young age in the Shoreditch bar and restaurant scene in the early 2000s.
He later graduated from Westminster Kingsway, where he received classical training from some of the UK's most experienced chefs.
With over two decades of experience in London's restaurant scene, working for several prestigious restaurants and groups, including Ottolenghi, Dusty Knuckle Bakery, Urban Leisure Group, and Towpath Café. He’s also a former landlord to the Prince George in Hackney (a Dalston institution and part of remarkable pubs)
He prioritizes the use of seasonal, local produce to create well-balanced, nutritious, and delicious recipes and menus. Troy collaborates closely with his clients to ensure a personalized and creative catering experience that exceeds their expectations.
