Spring Cocktails to Serve This Bank Holiday

With the long Easter weekend and May Day Bank Holiday coming up, cocktails will definitely be in order. And we’ll not only be eating seasonally this spring, but drinking seasonally too with these spring inspired cocktails.

It’s hard to beat London in the cherry blossom season - especially on a fresh spring day. With Maraschino flavoured cocktail cherries and cocktail cherry syrup, this gin cocktail is a nod to London’s prettiest season.

Spring inspired cocktails: The Mini Egg Martini

The Mini Egg Martini
A decadent and boozy way to enjoy the classic (and in our opinion, best) Easter egg. Mixing gin with Baileys and crème de cacao it’s the ultimate indulgence. Serve with some extra Mini Eggs as a delicious dessert on Easter Day.

Rhubarb might not be the first thing you think of when you think of spring, but it’s in season right now and its tart flavour works perfectly in cocktails. This cocktail mixes rhubarb syrup with apple vodka and fresh rosemary.

Towards the end of spring we can expect the first of the elderflower and this cocktail made with St-Germain elderflower liqueur is described as ‘springtime in a glass: bright, floral, and lively.’
