Pakistani Chef, Aida won Food Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Asian Business Awards in 2019. She has also been featured on The Lorraine Show on ITV as well as John and Lisa's Weekend Kitchen, sharing her Pakistani recipes. Aida hosts a pop up every Thursday night at Soho House in West London bringing the bold flavors of Pakistan to a larger audience.

Description
Private dining experience with a variety of sharing plates and dishes. All menus are created bespoke keeping all dietary requirements in mind. We offer a menu consultation and based on the nature of the event, and then suggest a few options that would work best, Sample Menu: MENU STARTERS AALOO CHANA CHAT (V) Chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes, sweet & sour tamarind sauce. VEGETABLE SAMOSA (V) MAIN CHICKEN GINGER CURRY (GF) Classic Chicken Curry with a tomato and ginger base. CHICKEN MALAI (GF) Charcoal grilled thighs, cumin, cardamom, yogurt BEEF KEEMA CURRY (GF) Wok fried mince beef, tomatoes, coriander, green chillies OR LAMB SHOULDER (GF) Marinated 48 hours, smokey black cardamon, mustard oil, cloves, pepper DUM AALOO (VE/GF) New potatoes and cauliflower cooked in a tamarind and curry leaf curry OR Timatar Ka Kut (VE/GF) Sharp smashed tomato curry tempered with nigella seeds, garlic and curry leaves. BLACK DAAL (VE/GF) 12-hour slow-cooked classic black daal, tempered with roasted onions and garlic. PEAS PULLAO (VE) Delicately spiced fragrant basmati rice with peas and fried onions. Chef Aida Khan has put a lot of thought into creating an authentic experience for her clients. My favourite is the lamb shoulder and palak paneer with sourdough naan.

I'm always wary of the authenticity of the taste whenever it's said to be Indian or Pakistani. The food here definitely passes the test with flying colours. Aida's palak paneer is absolutely lovely and fluffy and creamy. The okra fries are also very addictive. The best part is the plate they serve with rice & absolutely fresh salad. Totally worth it.
