Sandra is a flower accessory designer. It's like millinery but with real flowers. Although she points out she isn’t a florist!
Sandra started her flower crown business in 2014 when she wanted something special to give to party guests that they could keep forever and remember the great wedding day they spent together. For Sandra it is very important to use biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials, so all the materials used are plastic free. All the flowers are real and what makes Sandra’s work unique is that they are preserved; this means they last for years.
Sandra has designed for Bella Hadid, LOVE magazine, BRIDES magazine, been at Made in Chelsea and the final of the HAIR show BBC and is now selling in Harrods.
She really enjoys interacting and connecting with people who are creative and have an interest in flowers and art.
Description
Are you looking for a wedding flower crown or want to make flower crowns at a hen-do? This mindful workshop will show you just how to make a beautiful flower headband.
Sandra will bring the most special flower crown workshop to your location. These flowers are treated to last for years which makes this the perfect gift for them to remember your party. Each guest will pick 3 stems that will make a half-flower crown.
This is the ideal activity for a large party where people can do drop-in sessions as they arrive during the 2h offered. Longer or shorter times are also possible, please get in touch with us! Sandra will arrive 30 min before the session starts and she will stay another 30 min to clean and tidy up the space before leaving.
The session lasts for about 2 hours and is a drop-in session style, where your guests can create a masterpiece from scratch. No need to have previous experience to be part of this entertaining class and it is for all levels. It is a mindful activity that allows you to be present at the time and lets you handle some beautiful materials so that you are immersed in the most delicate and playful floral environment.
The masterclass includes all materials needed to make flower crowns for up to 30 people. Each piece takes around 10-20 min to make, depending on each individual.
Choice of Flowers: Flowers are chosen randomly, and they are different in colour. If you request any specific colour scheme for your party, please get in touch and tell us your preferences.
