With Chefs like Michel Troisgros, Michel Bras, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, David Nicholls, Harry Lomas, Michael Wignall, Heston Blumenthal, Daniel Boulud. Such establishments constantly provided challenges on creating something different for a special occasion, which cannot be found on any menu.
